Fortress International Inc., offers a Limited Warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized Fortress dealer. This warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship for a two (2) year period. The warranty is limited to normal and intended use only and excludes normal wear and tear and abuse. It excludes the crystal, batteries and any case or strap plating. You will void your warranty if you open the case back, push the buttons under water or leave the crown (winder) out in water. This warranty only applies to watches purchased in the United States. If you have purchased your watch outside of the States please contact the authorized service center in that country.
Fortress watches are engineered to be ready for tough conditions. They are highly water resistant and made of quality materials and movements. Unfortunately many problems with water resistance occur due to unintentional consumer error. Please always remember to check that your crown (winder) is fully pushed in and never push buttons under water. Problems also commonly occur when batteries are changed. We highly recommend that you take your watch to a "certified jeweler" or contact our service center. Incorrect fitting of new batteries will void your warranty.

You will be given a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) and we will explain the procedure to you. Any watches returned without a RAN will not be accepted under our warranty program.
